Saturday–Sunday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Self Service Hours

Self service wash stations are available as walk-ins during business hours. Our last self service bath begins at closing time, which is 7:00 PM Monday–Friday and 5:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.

Vaccination Requirements

Proof of current rabies vaccination is required for all services performed by a groomer. This policy helps ensure a safe environment for our team and every dog we serve.

Flea-Free Facility

Cascade Dog Spa is a flea-free facility. All dogs must be free of fleas upon arrival. If fleas are discovered during check-in or service, additional fees may apply and services may need to be adjusted to maintain the safety and comfort of all pets in our care.

Cashless Facility

Cascade Dog Spa is a cashless business. We accept major debit and credit cards for all services and retail purchases. This helps us provide a faster, more secure, and more efficient experience for our clients.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. This policy allows us to respect our groomers’ time and accommodate other clients.
